Victor M. Lachica

In 1990 Mr. Lachica formed Grupo Comercial Inmobiliario, and in 1992 the company entered into a partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. forming in Mexico, Cushman & Wakefield / GCI.

Cushman & Wakefield is currently one of the most important full service commercial real estate organizations in Mexico. Mr. Lachica is currently acting as President of Cushman & Wakefield Mexico & Central America with 3 offices in Mexico: Mexico City, Monterrey and Tijuana/San Diego and 3 Alliance: in Guadalajara, Ciudad Juárez & Costa Rica (Central America).

Víctor M. Lachica received a Law Degree from the National University of Mexico (UNAM) and went on to complete Post Graduate Studies on Finance at the Technical Institute of Mexico (ITAM). In 1993, he completed his Masters Degree in Business Administration at IPADE University, an affiliate of the Harvard Business School in Mexico City.

He is Member of the Board of the Mexican Association of Professional Realtors (A.M.P.I), Member of the YPO/WPO Association, the American Chamber of Commerce, and Urban Land Institute.   He is also member of the International Board of Directors of C&W.

He is President of the Board of Trustees of Fundación  “El Peñon” I.A.P. (Private Institution to support male kids with low resources, and he participate in different companies boards like Banca Mifel and Artha Capital.

Mr. Lachica is also member of the Board of Director of Cushman & Wakefield Mexico, and is a partner of the firm. Mr. Lachica is a lifelong resident of Mexico City, where he has worked in the real estate and business community since 1988
