ˑ Startup of the company in Mexico, formalizing the legal constitution and operation based on the FMS Group business model (NVOCC / Freight Forwarding). I managed the yearly business & sales plan and the three year strategic budget based on the company´s plans. I had under my management the full office administration, procurement, sales and operation with a team of four Sr. Managers reporting directly to me of a total staff of 30 people.
ˑ The Mexico´s office results of 2018 will be: 18,000 TEU´s (Import & Export) and more than $4.5M USD of turnover and the business divisions that add value to the office are: Ocean freight forwarding, Intermodal (Rail + Truck), Customs clearance, Warehousing, Air freight, Trucking and Project cargo coordination).
ˑ My last contribution to the company was the master growth plan based on the business verticals for the next three years to manage a total volume of 25K TEU´s by 2021.

2009-2011 FERROCARRIL MEXICANO (FERROMEX / FERROSUR) – Vice President Intermodal Sales
ˑ Restructured the Intermodal sales department by services – Maritime containers, Domestic and Cross Border) based on three satisfaction key drivers (Customer requirements, Service consistency and Corridor Profitability) Supervised: 10 high level sales executives.
ˑ Redefining the sales strategy by influence zones in Mexico based on the actual services, including an IMC´s strategy to increase Ferromex and Ferrosur´s commercialization.
ˑ Reorganized the Intermodal Services in Manzanillo based on the Shipping Line requirements, increasing 36% the volume of containers in nine months and 48% of the total segment turnover.
